Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to install an app?+
No. Scanning the QR with the phone camera is enough; it opens in the browser, in the guest’s own language, with no account or password.
How do guests find their own photos?+
Every plan includes “Find me”: a guest takes a selfie, the album is filtered to the photos they appear in and they save them all with one tap. The selfie is not stored; face data is used only within that event, deleted with the album, and the organiser can switch it off and delete it at any time.
Which events is it for?+
Weddings, engagements, birthdays, graduations, corporate meetings, launches, festivals: anywhere guests take photos. Plans are chosen by event size.
How does the free start work?+
Open your event and share the QR: the first photos are stored free for a limited time. When it ends the album locks; pick a plan within a short window and everything reopens as it was, otherwise the content is deleted.
What if more photos arrive than my plan holds?+
No upload is ever rejected. Anything above the plan limit is held safely; when you move to the next plan you pay only the difference and unlock everything instantly.
Where are photos and videos stored?+
On servers inside the European Union, in an encrypted space dedicated to your event. When the plan period ends you are reminded first, then files are permanently deleted.
Is quality reduced?+
Photos are stored at 2048 pixels (print-ready) and videos at 1080p. The Premium plan keeps the untouched originals.
I run an event venue; what do you offer?+
We place a permanent QR in your venue: each day’s event automatically lands in its own album, and you hand the album to your customer with one click. Write to us for details.
Are printed table cards available?+
Yes. A6 table cards printed with your QR and name, stands and NFC cards are available as add-ons; you can also print your own card from the dashboard.
Are the guestbook and photo challenges paid features?+
No; the guestbook, photo challenges, morning reveal, co-organiser and cover selection are included in every plan, the free one too. Paid plans add capacity and retention.
What is the morning reveal?+
A disposable-camera feeling: guests upload all night but cannot see the album until the time you set; in the morning it opens for everyone. You and the venue screen always see it.
